About Staacs & Marines

Every Cylinder That Leaves Our Facility
Carries a Certificate.

We built Staacs & Marines around a single principle: in hydraulic engineering, documentation is not optional. Test certificates, dimensional records, and material traceability are what separate engineering from guesswork.

From our 5,000 sq ft purpose-built facility in Mysuru, we manufacture custom hydraulic cylinders, overhaul any make and any origin, and pressure-certify every assembly on our in-house test bench. Our Naravi staging facility — 60 kilometres from New Mangalore Port Authority — positions us for rapid response to port and coastal marine customers.

Precision Machining Standards
Rod surface Ra ≤ 0.2 μm. Bore finish Ra ≤ 0.4 μm. Dimensional records on every component. Tolerances that match the original specification.
Parker & Trelleborg Seals
We stock and install Parker and Trelleborg seal kits — NBR, Polyurethane, PTFE and Viton (FKM) — selected for the operating fluid, temperature and pressure of each specific application.
Strategic Port Proximity
Our Naravi (Beltangadi) staging facility ensures that components can be exchanged and returned to port-based customers within the same vessel call in many cases.
Hydraulic Test Bench

350 Bar. 5-Metre Stroke.
Every Test Documented.

Our in-house hydraulic test bench is what makes our promises provable. It certifies every cylinder we work on — and is available to third parties who need independent pressure certification.

Sectors We Serve

Built for Applications That Cannot Tolerate Failure

We operate where hydraulic system failure means downtime, financial loss, or risk. Each sector we serve demands a different technical response — and we deliver all of them.

Port & Maritime

New Mangalore Port, harbour craft, port tugs, pilot boats, container terminal equipment. Rapid exchange enabled by our Naravi staging facility 60km from NMPA. We understand port windows.

Emergency Response Available

Offshore & Marine

Offshore support vessels, platform supply vessels, marine cranes, steering gear, hatch cover actuators, deck winch hydraulics. Traceability and certification that class surveyors accept.

Documentation to Class Standard

Heavy Manufacturing

Press brakes, curing presses, forging equipment, conveyor systems, jig and fixture hydraulics. Serving the Mysuru–Nanjangud industrial corridor with local, fast-response service.

Port & Marine Focus

When Your Vessel Is at Berth,
Our Clock Is Running.

New Mangalore Port Authority handles millions of tonnes of cargo annually. Vessels calling at NMPA run on hydraulics — steering gear, cargo cranes, hatch covers, bow thrusters, mooring winches. When a hydraulic system fails, the berth time clock is running.

Naravi Staging Facility
60 kilometres from NMPA — components can be exchanged and returned tested within the port call in many cases.
Marine System Competence
Steering gear rams, deck crane cylinders, hatch cover actuators, windlass motors and power packs — we know these systems before your vessel arrives.
Traceable Documentation
Test certificates carry serial number, bore, rated pressure, test pressure, leakage measurement, date and engineer's signature — accepted by marine operators and surveyors.
Coastal Corridor Service
Mangalore–Karwar–Goa corridor. We also serve vessels calling at Karwar Port and coastal craft operating between Goa and Kerala.

Staging Facility — Naravi, Beltangadi

Our port-facing staging warehouse holds component stock close to the coast, reducing transit time for vessel operators who cannot wait for items to travel from an inland facility.

How We Work

The Staacs & Marines Method

1
Receive & Assess

Every incoming cylinder photographed, measured and documented. Initial condition report shared before work begins. No surprises.

2
Disassemble & Inspect

Full disassembly. All components measured against drawing or OEM spec. Wear report generated. Customer approval before proceeding.

3
Recondition & Rebuild

Bore honing, chrome rod assessment, correct seal installation with calibrated torque. Every fastener tightened to specification.

4
Test & Certify

Hydrostatic proof test at 1.5× rated pressure. Leakage measured and recorded. Signed test certificate issued. No exceptions.

5
Protect & Dispatch

VCI corrosion film on rod, ports capped, labelled with job and certificate reference. Marine-spec packing where required.
